Product Selection Service
The home renovation market is vast. Choosing the right kitchen cabinets, appliances or bedroom wardrobe interior features can be overwhelming. We pride ourselves on helping clients make practical choices that align with their project requirements.
Pre Order Survey
Many projects develop over time. Expected room sizes can change, especially when building work or wall repairs are carried out. We never order furniture without making a final check that everyone is working with the correct dimensions.
Home Delivery
We will deliver everything to your home, checking the items are all present as per your order.
Plumbing Location Advice
We will advise your plumbing team on exactly where pipes and outlets should be positioned for optimal results.
Electrical Specifications Advice
We will advise your electrician on exactly where switches and sockets should be positioned for optimal results.
Electrical Specifications Diagram
The exact locations of all electrical elements, including sockets and switches, will be displayed on a clear diagram for your electrician to follow.
Installation Meeting
All parties meet up on site to discuss the installation process. This is where crucial elements can be discussed to ensure that relevant parties are fully aligned to ensure the installation runs as smoothly as possible.
Furniture Installation
Our furniture installation team offer a carpentry service that will exceed any expectations. They work to tolerances that are as precise as the high quality furniture we provide. The results are outstanding and they are a joy to work with.
Installation Management
Our installation team will be managed throughout the process to ensure that your furniture is installed in line with the approved design. The project manger will liaise continually with you, the client, maintaining an open dialogue throughout the installation.
Design Led Site Visits
Your designer works with you throughout the installation process to ensure that your vision is completed in line with the design you've approved during the design process.
Flooring Design
We help with your choice of suitable floor solution. Tiles, timber or modern composite the choice is wide, varied and totally overwhelming. Our expert knowledge and experience will guide you towards the best option, making your room look amazing from the ground up.
Wall Decoration Design
The turnkey service covers everything including the walls. That means wallpaper, paint colours, tiles and other specific materials, including glass and engineered stone. We can visualise wall finishes in our CAD software, as well as making them come to life by supplying the chosen materials and providing a skilled installation professional.
Soft Furnishing Provision
We collaborate with a number of third party design professionals who specialise in niche areas. This would apply to soft furnishings, including cushions, floor rugs and window dressing. These are often the finishing touch but they can make all the difference and can be part of the design process from the start.
Local Authority Admin
Our turnkey service is designed to take all the stress away from our clients. When undertaking structural changes to a house, there's a considerable amount of necessary admin required by your local authority planning department. This can be an extremely stressful process, so we take care of all that for you.
Schedule of Works
Sticking to a schedule is one of the biggest challenges of any large, multi trade projects. We maintain a schedule of works that's designed to keep our clients in the picture of what's happening and when. It's vital that all parties are fully aware of the schedule and equally vital that the schedule is practical and workable. We plan for your success!
Building Work
Whilst we are happy to work in collaboration with your own building team in our Dry Fit package, we bring our own building team to our Turnkey package. Our building team bring years of experience to your project and are laser focused on achieving the results you want.
Plastering
We offer expert plastering services where necessary, to ensure your walls are in the best possible condition for the following stages of the refurbishment.
Waste Removal
Building projects and comprehensive home renovations accumulate large amounts of waste. We take care of all the waste responsibly and in line with all legal obligations.
Plumbing
Kitchen renovations and bathroom renovations include plumbing work to a lesser or greater degree. We have a fully qualified team of registered plumbers on hand, ensuring high quality installations that you can trust.
Electrics
Electrical work is a crucial element of what we do. Our team includes highly skilled electricians who provide all the services you need for a safe and secure renovation. All certification is provided upon completion, ensuring your renovation complies with all the required regulations.
Tiling
Details matter and a quality tiling job will make the difference between an 'OK' renovation and a premium finish. Our tiling team are all skilled experts who demonstrate an attention to detail that is second to none.
Decorating
All good decorators are in high demand and short supply. Our decorators are no exception, as a result we schedule them well in advance bring them in at various stages throughout the project.
Multi Trade Management
Our turnkey projects are wide ranging and complex. We work with a range of skilled trades people who need to be coordinated and managed to ensure a cohesive renovation process. This is one of the biggest challenges we face but our decades of experience has honed our management skills, making our projects seamless and efficient.
Worktop Template Supervision
Many of our kitchen clients choose quartz or engineered stone worktops. These require templating before fabrication. Our designers always attend the template to ensure that the exact requirements are passed onto the fabrication team.
Worktop Installation Supervision
Worktop installation day is a special moment for every project. It's the day that the kitchen truly comes to life. The design team are always on hand to ensure that every element is perfectly in line with client requirements.
Site Meetings With Planning Official
For extensive renovations with structural elements or significant changes to the services coming into the house, you can expect regular visits from the Local Authority Buildings Inspector. Our design team facilitate these meetings and maintain a constant dialogue with the inspector on the client's behalf.
