HI-GLOSS GERMAN CABINETS FOR A STRIKING KITCHEN DESIGN

Mr and Mrs Griffiths wanted an open plan kitchen that delivered a strong statement. Their new side and rear extension offered kitchen, dining and living space. Whilst each area flowed into one another, there was a desire to give each area its own specific look. They chose a kitchen designed around an earthy colour pallet of browns, coffees and creams, which were complemented with a colourful metro tile that added hints of blue. The strong steel handles on each of the cabinet pull outs add an industrial look that is extremely popular.
This is a relatively large kitchen space and sufficient storage was achieved with a combination of base units and midsized tall units that housed the Miele appliances.

CORIAN WORKTOP WAS THE ONLY SOLUTION

The structure of the space set specific challenges due to the wide diameter support pillars. The Corian worktop was chosen for its ability to wrap around the pillar seamlessly. By building into the pillar in this way, the structure of the room became part of the kitchen design, which Mr and Mrs Griffiths loved
