A DELIGHTED REPEAT CUSTOMER
After completing their kitchen in 2014, Mr and Mrs Arnold’s next project was their ensuite shower room. Similarly to their experience with their old kitchen, the furniture in this room had only lasted a few years after it’s last refurbishment. The priority was therefore to create a low maintenance, contemporary design that would stand the test of time. This was more than a simple “rip out and replace”. The original layout was reversed, moving the shower to where the sink was and vice verser. False walls were constructed to hide unsightly soil pipes and the formerly part tiled walls were fully tilled from floor to ceiling. This project was highly technical. Everything had to be carefully designed and measured exactly. Particular attention was given to the position of each element. The toilet had to be central to the window and recessed shelving had to coordinate with the size and position of the wall tiles.
