Mr and Mrs Lewis of Llantwit Major were desperate for a new kitchen. They were still using the original kitchen installed by the builder around twenty years ago and it was looking outdated and tired. They also found the space cramped and were keen to explore the idea of removing the dining room wall to create an open plan kitchen. They were looking for a company who could take care of every aspect of the project and Your Space Living fitted the bill perfectly.
This is the type of project that Jo Buckerfield and the Your Space Living team take in their stride. After a number of productive consultations, Jo had come up with the design and organised the whole construction process. This included electrical work, plumbing, plastering, building and kitchen fitting. During the process, it was discovered that the original conservatory screed had blown. This was due to being poorly laid over the underfloor heating elements. Jo organised the removal of the old screed, followed by a new installation before tiling. The Schuller kitchen was then finished off with a beautiful Corian worktop with a mulberry burst glass splash back.
